By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Paper Birch Press offers custom stationery design, including invitations, save-the-dates, and other related products. Our services include design, consultation, and printing (through trusted partners).

By placing an order with Paper Birch Press, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, email, and payment details. Payment is required in full before your project is processed unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a proof for approval. You must approve or request changes within 7 days before we proceed with the final design or printing. After approval, Paper Birch Press is not responsible for any errors in the design that were approved by you.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

As our products are custom-designed for each client, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order (such as a printing error), please contact us immediately, and we will work to correct it. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All designs created by Paper Birch Press remain the intellectual property of Paper Birch Press. You have the right to use the designs for your personal wedding or event only. You may not reproduce, modify, or sell the designs without our written consent.

Paper Birch Press is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of our website or products, except for the total amount paid for the specific products ordered. We make no warranties or representations regarding the quality or fitness of our products for specific purposes
